Dwyer Baseball Edge will not publicly post, publish, advertise, or share public-facing footage, photos, videos, names, likenesses, voices, testimonials, or other identifying media of a minor athlete submitted specifically for a virtual pitching assessment or online review without separate parent or guardian consent.

Photos, videos, or media captured by Dwyer Baseball Edge during in-person lessons, training sessions, camps, clinics, programs, or events may be used as described in our Terms & Conditions and any applicable registration forms, waiver forms, or media acknowledgments.

Parents or guardians may contact us to ask questions about media use or request that future public-facing promotional use of their minor athlete’s image, likeness, photo, video, or training footage be limited.
